Trying to scam text as wrong number

Appears to be a burner phone. Caller identified himself as David Undersiff and said that I had just won $795K form Publisher's Clearing House. He gave me a confirmation # and a Tracking # and asked me if I was over 65. When I answered yes he asked for my exact age which I refused to give. He asked what I did before I retired and I told him I was a prosecutor for Los Angeles County. He then said I was not taking this serious and asked if I wished to continue. Not being able to extract any more information I told him that I was not interested and he hung up. Several years ago, I signed up for the Publisher's Clearing House drawing because I was curious as to how they were able to give away so much money with no commitment from the participants. It took a little over a year of participation before the alleged drawing was held and I was not a winner. During this year period, I received monthly mailings from PCH asking me to buy a small catalog's worth of items, some of dubious value and some worth what they were asking. I never bought any such items offered in the PCH leaflets but I found where they made their real money. They were establishing junk mail lists and creating profiles on those that bought something and then sell these profiles to list brokers on companies that might be interested in a certain profile to make a sale.

Somebody is flirting with me and I'd like to know who it is
