(818) 808 in Sherman Oaks, CA

This number keeps calling me asking for someone with a name creepily similar to mine and then when i ask who is calling i hear what sounds like giggling (?) And then whoever they ate hang up in my face. This is the second time though because the first time was (818) 808-1064 And they did the exact same thing. Its very creepy and stalkerish... I will continue to block these numbers as long as they keep calling, breathing heavy into the phone, asking for personal information and refusing to tell me who they are before laughing or giggling and then hanging up in my face. Its so immature.
