Called me wanting to know if I was my grandsons legal guardian, When I said yes and who is this,she hung up. And I keep calling the number and it goes straight to voice-mail but no name given.

Received a text message with a solicitation

Rudely insistent on talking to "Tom" and then TOLD me to give him Tom's cell number.

the person that calls is very rude and demands to speak to a jeff and to get him to the phone that he is expecting a call from the person

This person keep calling my number and threatening to serve papers to a Darlene Thomas, I called the above number to report that this was the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened and i was reporting again that they have a wrong number, the lady preceded to tell me to stop yelling, which i as not, but she clearly was after she told me to shut up and listen to her (yell) her message to me, gee wizz, i was only trying to let them know they do not have Darlene Thomas, I reported them and I blocked their number from my phone, they were rude and vicious.
