When I answer they don't say anything they just hold for a while. When I let the call go to voicemail they do not leave a message. Voice mail gives another phone number for the caller. The person calls about 6 times a day.

this number texted me with a suspicious link and right after I opted out and blocked the number somebody else texted me another link from a gmail account. I just blocked this 2nd person.

He is threatning asking for money
