Pretended to be from Synchrony Bank so that I could withdraw money and send it to them

Received some mail that reports this is from Synchrony Card returrn address is a PO Box and it even had my SSN on it! When I did a reverse check on this paper with the telephone number now it is implying it could be a collection agency--also any money that is deposited will have a 24% surcharge from the IRS. Beware of applications for credit that promise you credit as long as you sign on the dotted line and somehow will get your deposited money from the IRS

Continually harrassing me on adebt collection when I have proof that the debt does not exit. Agents are nasty and unwillingly to investigate at their end that the debt does not exist.

Also they call the house if I answer on first ring they hang up this happens 4 to 6 times a day

They are saying their the bank that PayPal uses I new to pay my bill and no one will send invoice to me with amour and were I send it. PayPal and I had written agreement I would pay $25.00 a month one month they decided to take $883.00 out I got on the phone. And called the fraud unit and they replaced the money on my card we closed the account that day so they would be able to use my card on file. The bank hasnt worked with me at all. They called my son and nephew and said they had a formal complaint against me. When my son gave me the number I called them on February 7,2017 they ask me for my Social Security Number and I told them that I was not giving it to them.i ask them what they were calling g about the hung up I want them to quit calling my son and nephew and saying this.

Rec'd mailing addressed to "To Resident at" from "United States Census Bureau", "2015 National Content Test". Thought I would check out the phone number before I got my computer messed up or my identity stolen. Good thing I did....thank you Spokeo! Hope I'm not getting myself into trouble--I don't much trust anyone any more.

This entity has called my phone seven times today and it's only 7:30 so far. Who IS this?
