they say my number was entered into a random drawing contest in which I won $50,000.

Predatory sales calls saying you won 2.5 million dollars. Obvious scam so I told them to remove me from the list and never call again. That being said, corrective action should be levied against this fake company.

I received a call that showed on my phone from Jamaica, stating that the man was Mr. (did not understand) from the US Treasury Department who had some 85,000 prize money for me. The message instructs me to call 876-277-9499. This was a computer generated message.

Call from a Jim Kingston, claims that we won 5 million dollars....have to send 300.00 to collect the 5 million. When I called the number back a recording said this is David Washington. I told him I was a police officer, he responded that someone would be calling me back in 20 minutes. Of course, no one called back.

These people have helped my mom with dementia to really go bonkers. They promise to bring her a BMW car and 5.5 million dollars. They started with only 2.5 then kept adding to it. They should be ashamed of themselves for making an 83 yr old woman with hopes of money being thrown at her if only she gives them her checking account and routing numbers........

Sweepstake scam claiming you won 2.5 to 4.5 million dollars (depending on whose calling) and a Mercedes Benz that will be delivered the next morning. After reading a well-rehearsed script (it's always the same), they say you will have to get a $Pak card at Wal-Mart or Radio Shack for ($350-299), have to send bonding agent 1% of your winnings and if you can’t afford that a gov’t grant for $3800 is available, and you only have to make up the difference and go to the post office to mail it before they will deliver. Oh, and this is very private and you must tell anyone. Gotta admit, they’re good.
