SCAM CALL - Michael Schaub from 5/3(Fifth Third) bank loss prevention department. Stated 2 fraudulent charges were pending. Wanted to verify my security questions, He asked about my login name, then sent me a text asking for the first password i used when i created online banking. I didn't want to answer them and he said I have an alternate question. Last 8 numbers of debit card. I said I would call 5/3 to verify and he said called me "Fucking white trash" He was very professional sounding. Spoke perfect English with a slight Pennsylvania accent. Not the usual scam call from India. 5/3 will not send verifications texts like that.
