He texted my brother threatening him, his wife and me (his sister). He then went on to use the most vile profanity and someone, I don't know if it was him or not, came onto the property where we are living at about 2:00 to 3:00 am on 08/23/24 and attempted to break into my brother's vehicle. When they saw my brother they took off. This person or persons claimed that my brother had a pipe in his car that belonged to "Rick." My brother doesn't know any "Rick" and told this person he is going to report this incident to the Police. This person just laughed and said go ahead. My sister-in-law just had major surgery and I am down with the flu and we do not take this threats lightly. Therefore, a report will be made and an arrest will soon follow. We are going to press charges for trespassing, attempted B&E of a vehicle and threat by communication. We are all very upset over this incident as these people obvious have the wrong address. We do not know how they got my brother's phone number and address. We did save the texts this or these people sent to my brother and a copy will be turned over to the Police Department. Cease and desist and further communication immediately!!!

This number called pretending to be Terry Peak working for Johnson Group Services about a job. This is a scam.
