Same guy has called at least half a dozen times in last six months. He is very rude and easily irritated. He tries to get you to believe that you have a problem with your computer and you need to go to your computer and follow his directions. Don't do anything he asks of you--he's a scammer wanting access to your computer. He's looking for a sucker willing to follow his directions. This guy will even start calling you names if you make him mad--do string him along to waste his time, which costs him money and saves the next sucker who may bite his hook. Don't give him any information; just lead him along.
