Foreign sounding man, kept shouting into the phone......HARRASSMENT...!!!

The person who called me said they were from a senior service provider with free Walmart cards and was wanting to set a time to come to my home apparently this was one of those online questionnaires to have information sent to you in the mail not come to your home. He called twice I told him off and then he called back eight times one right after the other blocking his number I want to know what company he works for now this person who falsely represented themselves has my address and phone number and probably my email

This company keeps calling my number but never leaves a message. The caller id says DRS whatever that stands for.
