never says a word

i am on the do not call list but this number keeps calling. It is automated so I don't know who it is nd cannot talk to them directly.

This number has been calling me for about 8 months. They sometimes call every hour...

Since I changed my cell number 2 weeks ago I have been getting calls from this number on cell and home number which I did not change. No message, no one on the end to speak to. They call several times a day.

I have been receiving several calls from this number. Today I decided to answer their call. As I picked up the phone the female caller stated, "They are never there….Oh Crap"….and then hung up the phone. I attempted to reconnect the call by dialing the number, it is a fax number. How can the government allow people to hide behind telephone numbers and harass consumers? I have already registered on the National Do Not Call List, but what good does it do if they can't catch them or won't follow up on a complaint.
