I have received several phone calls from a guy name David, from Anderson Law Firm as well. I don't understand his last name. Same thing, says I will be served papers from the local sheriff as well and they will contact my employer.

Social security number under infestagation need to know what my intention is wanted me to call them back.

Caller said I owed a cash advance company and the sheriff would be coming to my home to serve papers, he wanted my attorneys information, and gave me a social security number that wasn't mine, and asked for mine when I called him a fraud he hung up the phone. gave the name of Andrew Johnson said he was a restitution officer.

SCAM ALERT!! Man with a heavy Indian accent, who called himself "Bentley," just left a voice mail, saying he was from the Anderson Law Firm and had a case regarding me that just came in. He tried to use scare tactics as he had the last 4 digits of my social security number and threatened to have a sheriff come to the house and subpoena me.

Not telemarketer for me. Instead it's a person with a heavy Indian accent, identifying himself as Steve Johnson from the Anderson Law firm. Then he goes on to say the attorney will be pursuing a complaint against my name and ss#. He follows it be saying that "an officer from the sheriff's dept will come to my doorstep and drag me to the courthouse" - Haha, yes- that's exactly how the legal system works in the USA.

Worse than a telemarketer. They tell you they are from Microsoft, that they have your computer license number, and that your computer has been hacked and they can fix it if you turn on your computer and they go through it with you. This is just a way for THEM to hack into your computer. They should be turned into the attorney general.

A man named Sam Holly called me from this number and said he was with US Fast Cash and he defrauded me out of $700.00. 1. $120.00-first payment prepaid 2. $175.00-half of the wire fee per bank 3. $175.00-2nd half of wire fee per bank 4. $230.00-bank charged late fee per bank

If they r indian dont trust them ....lesson learned....
